The puma77 platform is available exclusively to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the required age and are legally eligible to participate in online entertainment activities within your local jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on puma77. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. puma77 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately.
- Your full name must match your valid identification document.
- An active phone number is required for account verification.
- A valid, accessible email address must be provided for official communications.
- Any false or misleading information may result in account suspension without notice.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the puma77 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including permanent account suspension or closure:
- Fraud and manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or use automated software (bots) to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
- Money laundering: The puma77 platform must not be used as a channel for any money laundering activities or unlawful financial transactions.

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the puma77 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name.
Withdrawals will be processed via the same method used for your deposit, subject to the necessary security checks. Processing times vary depending on your chosen method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several business days in cases that require further review.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set and may change in line with current promotions.
- All withdrawal requests are subject to compliance and security checks.
- Puma77 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals for investigation purposes if any suspicious activity is detected.
- Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent means will be reported to the relevant authorities.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Account Policy

The puma77 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will operate without interruption or error at all times. To the extent permitted by applicable law, puma77 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to lost wager amounts, technical disruptions, or internet connectivity failures.

All content on the puma77 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of puma77 or its respective licensors. Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any of this copyrighted content without prior written permission.
Account Suspension & Closure
Puma77 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if the user violates any term in this document, engages in fraudulent activity, or provides false information during registration. Any legitimate funds remaining in a suspended account will be handled in accordance with internal procedures upon completion of the investigation. puma77's decision in such matters is final.

6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
